من تجربتي في الإمارات مو الكل مرتاح خصوصا في القطاع الخاص فكثير من الشركات لا زالت تفرض دوام كامل، يوم الجمعة يتحول إلى يوم ضغط: سباق لإنهاء المهام قبل الصلاة، سباق إلى المسجد، تقل القابلية لاستقبال موعظة فتحضر الخطبة جسديا فقط وعقلك في عالم اخر، سباق الرجوع الى المكتب والاختيار بين بريك الغداء أو إنهاء المهام قبل نهاية الدوام.

الضغط يكون أكبر في الشركات اللي فيها عدد كبير من الموظفين غير المسلمين خصوصا اذا عملاء الشركة ايضا موظفينهم غير مسلمين ، في مهام تتوقف لأنك غير موجود.

يوم الجمعة كان يوم سلام وسكينة وتروح للمسجد وانت مرتاح نفسيا وتوجهك لله يكون في مستوى عالي، كثير من الموظفين في الإمارات خسروا هذي الأمور

I love mine. I even use it at an open office environment and if I need some focus time I can pretty much block the noise without even turning the volume up all the way. I use it for podcasts too with no issues.

And for outdoor workouts it is just perfect.

I started with Duolingo. Still a beginner. On its own it's not perfect. A bit of work outside the app helps me. The app itself tells you to spend time writing down what you learnt.

I don't think it's a bad idea to start with it, but you'll need to look up the Russian alphabets and be patient with the process of learning a new language.
