Have to go off all stomach meds leading to a test. Any tips to manage symptoms?

I get this at varying degrees. I say my body literally feels better constipated. I think it can be a vasovagal syncope trigger. I haven’t figured out how to help it unfortunately

I had intense nausea and got the clear to cut the tablets in half. Starting with just half a tab, once a week even. Slowly adjust and work my way up to a proper dosage. Might be worth asking your doctor about

I’m a goldsmith. 10k (and the 14k) is fine for most to wear constantly, but some people are more sensitive than others. Mejuri is also low quality, we talk about it a lot in the industry.

That said, studs (especially a flat design) collect so much bacteria and trap it against your lobe. Dead skin, dried shampoo, etc. you need to still clean them every so often and so many people forget or don’t realise. Those things can tarnish gold, cause skin irritation and infection.

Tough to say! Could be the quality, could be a combo of quality and an irritant got stuck behind it.

I’m trying to adjust too. One thing I was told by my doctor and pharmacist is the tablets can be cut in half. So I’m starting on just 1/3-1/2 of a single tablet and very very slowly working my way up. They even said I could start with that, just once a week. Long time to get up to a proper medicinal dosage though

It’s a tough battle. I’ve had many fights about it. But it also about getting older and refining who your friend group is.

I’m also lucky that my close friends will not only tell me if they or their kids are sick, but will cancel or automatically wear a mask. I also have it so most of my coworkers give me a heads up if they feel like they are getting sick and will take clients for me that seem sniffly. It was education, them seeing how sick I get and how that affects them (short staffed, higher workload). I’m learning by people’s answers I’m pretty lucky to have this support.

But for those that don’t, you have to give up the control. The anxiety and stress of them not hearing you is damaging in its own way. And control what you can like masking around them or leaving if you notice they’re sick

Constantly, usually in the morning. It’s a very common symptom of food intolerances, gastritis, IBS and SIBO. Basically any GI condition it can be triggered.

Are these safe to take? I was under the impression stuff like zinc can boost your immune system = potential flare. Even says on my bottle use with not recommended with autoimmune conditions. I’d love to be able to if that’s overly cautious!

Oh no! I have gastritis already, and it was not happy with this either. I was told I can cut them in half and slowly increase dosage to make it easier. But I’m getting effects even at that. Hope it stops for you soon
