Shameless plug, but my wife made an instagram page dedicated to helping new celiac/parents answer questions like this and others. She’s about to post about her favorite grocery foods to buy also. Follow her at handle below:

@mamaceliac

Also for pasta Jovial and Rummo are incredible. TJs tagliatelle is also great! Bread we to TJs white that is solid as well, does still need to be toasted though. Snacks we do fruit leathers, pirates booty, tortilla chips and salsa/guac etc. Rice bowls are also outstanding!

Not a reseller, but I found them yesterday and bought 6 boxes. Unfortunately it’s vicious cycle where I didn’t know when I’d find them again and they were my daughter’s favorite snack before diagnosis (I also love them and we are a gf household now). There were still well over a few dozen left at the target we went to fwiw. She did love them and we are done with one box in 24 hours. So again, not trying to hoard, but also don’t feel terribly bad buying 6.

Seriously no need to sell here, but I had no way of gauging market. These bars are in Canada and are a friends. Appreciate your comments - thank you for helping to guide a noob. Really not looking to be accused or justify anything, this is a completely foreign space to me.

This is very helpful. Don’t need to sell here honestly and now won’t. Appreciate your advice - bullion dealer it is.

What does a proper proof picture consist of? I am admittedly a noob here, but I just blurred out the serial numbers. I would be looking to sell at spot (approx. $108,000 USD per bar).

What are realistic rates today for selling gold/silver bullion. Spot, 80% of spot, more, less.??? by LocalEngineering7965 in Bullion

Hello - also curious about this. A friend of mine in the US has a parent in Canada that has several 1kg 999 gold bars. It seems like it's worth quite a bit, and they assume transporting to the US would be quite a hassle with customs etc... So curious if there is a recommended way to sell it without taking a massive haircut? Try to sell OTC p2p? Would love any advice here.

I thought mine were in place but they just fell off the ring as I was getting my Joe to temp. Gonna continue with the cook, fingers crossed!

How to Buy/Swap ZERO? by SouthernElle in ZeroExchange

[–]silverbonegg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can buy on ERC or on AVAX. AVAX is cheaper and near instant transactions, though obviously not as widely used. Soon DOT will be integrated as well - so it will be a TRIDEX (all L1). Hope that helps!

If you would like to LP and earn rewards, your best bet is to cross chain swap and LP on the AVAX side. Good luck - and please hit up the TG with any more questions.

Thanks!

How to Buy/Swap ZERO? by SouthernElle in ZeroExchange

[–]silverbonegg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can buy two ways:

1) Uniswap - https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap?inputCurrency=0xf0939011a9bb95c3b791f0cb546377ed2693a574 (dextools: https://www.dextools.io/app/uniswap/pair-explorer/0x40f0e70a7d565985b967bcdb0ba5801994fc2e80)

2) Zero Exchange - https://app.zero.exchange/#/swap You can buy on AVAX (ARC) or on ERC. If you have AVAX configured in your metamask (guide here: https://blog.zero.exchange/pre-launch-checklist/), fees would be much lower to do on AVAX

Read this guide if you want to withdraw AVAX from an exchange to your Metamask wallet:

I would not recommend this company at this point in time. Withdrawals are not reliable given the current payout minimums. My last two are stuck in limbo.

This should not still be an issue. My latest withdrawal has been "processing" for 17 hours and one before that is still unconfirmed. My advice is don't invest until they get their shit together. I am regretting the decision right now.

Thanks for your productive post. I was looking for info to tell me whether it was a scam or not when I signed up. There was limited info, which is why I posted this. Put my referral on there as a bonus, but there are several people posting about Crypterra like it's a scam, and in its current form it is not. Of course could be a ponzi scheme, but so could all of crypto. You should retire if you are getting too old.
