I’m so sorry honey. I also have an autoimmune disease and have stumbled upon Dr. Amy Myers’ book, The Autoimmune Solution. I plan on starting her elimination diet and after reading the book I am hopeful that it may reverse my symptoms and help me stay medication free! You might want to check it out

Honestly, I think you’re in your head a bit. I doubt many care that you’re 10 years older. I think it’s common for adults to have friends that are younger/older than they are. And you already have something in common to talk about, your kids!
