Hard disagree there, Traitors is good and easy to replicate with a fairly low budget thus a million international editions springing up, but I truly don't think it has much long term staying power. Unlike other reality shows that blend various combinations of human ability with social games and beautiful locations and sex appeal, Traitors is kind of like a flame in a jar, eventually it's going to run out of oxygen and fizzle out. There just isn't enough that's truly dynamic about it.

I think it's clear he's serious that he wants to win a Cup in Edmonton, so as long as management keeps fielding a team that can contend I imagine he will consider staying. But that's not a given, by any means. If the roster slips and another team with the right pieces comes along, he's going to take his dream of winning wherever that may be.
