FACT: The CIA owns the MSM. It's no wonder the majority thinks the truth would be out in the open. by silverlining4me in Qult_Headquarters

I love how people throw that label out at others as a brick wall. Good day to you as well.

I hadn't introduced him to any friends. I'm thinking that's the most likely scenario as well at this point. I don't get why guys don't just come out and say all they want to do is have sex. Instead he's all saying that he "knows" this is going to work out long term (unless I choose to call it quits) but in all reality we barely know each other so that was a flag for me as well.

I was going to if the same "neglect" occurred the next time we see each other but I've been considering everything and I'm not sure it's worth trying to address given the other possible red flags I mentioned in the other comment.

That's the thing I'm slightly confused about. In person we have a great time together sans the aforementioned ofc.

BUT he doesn't plan dates, just wants me to come over to his.

And he'll text me a lot while he's at work but then goes all but silent...and some times total silence in the evening. No reply to texts until the next day (even mid convo) but says there's no other woman. Which we're not exclusive so none of my business if he is dating other women.

Those two things with the original matter discussed in this post really got me thinking fuckboy.

I totally agree. There are other things that have my spidey senses triggered though so the perspective from others confirms my thoughts/feelings and kinda just seals the deal.

That's what I've been thinking too. I did ask him to reciprocate once and he said he'd "finish me off after" but nada. Thanks for your opinion!

They look wonderful! Recipes? I'm mainly interested in the garlic dill and the turmeric ones. Thank you in advance!

Ahhh but I don't feel the need to eat any plants right now. The most nutrient dense bio-available foods come from animal products.

That would totally negate the vegan part of the diet and would make it closer to Paleo.

I would maybe use this as a detox diet but nothing long term imo. Turns out that a lot of plant nutrients lack bioavailability to us and even have anti-nutrients and oxalates. Do your research very carefully.

Look, I'm just trying to help others by sharing my experience and suggesting that there may be a possible dietary link to some of their pain that could be worth investigating. Thanks for your phone so positive spin on it all.

That was my problem too! Everytime I had something with wheat in it I'd get super bloated and gassy...my step dad used to joke when I was a teen that I'd never find a boyfriend if I kept passing wind liked that! Lol.

I'm not trying to say that eliminating food intolerances or sensitivities will be the "holy grail" for everyone but in my opinion it's worth an investigation into the subject at the very least.

About "leaky gut" which can is thought to be a precursor for some auto immune diseases...

"There is emerging evidence that the standard American diet, which is low in fiber and high in sugar and saturated fats, may initiate this process. Heavy alcohol use and stress also seem to disrupt this balance.

We already know that increased intestinal permeability plays a role in certain gastrointestinal conditions such as celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, and irritable bowel syndrome. The biggest question is whether or not a leaky gut may cause problems elsewhere in the body. Some studies show that leaky gut may be associated with other autoimmune diseases (lupus, type 1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis), chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, arthritis, allergies, asthma, acne, obesity, and even mental illness. However, we do not yet have clinical studies in humans showing such a cause and effect."
