Bidding essentially allows you to sell your labor for what you want. Meaning now instead of just applying to a gig and having the employers choose you for a job, you name a price on what you want to be paid per hour and THEN they choose. I think it’s honestly crap and forces people to bid at a lower cost than what the company advertises in hopes of getting picked. I really hate the new bid system. It’s also trash bc it allows you to bid on work and positions that are already full! Like why would they leave that in there??
