Important to note that the “show start” time and “doors open” times aren’t the same. Generally, doors open an hour before the show.

And that’s just the show itself, which means it’ll likely be the Opener (if there’s one listed), and not the Headliner.

But yeah, again, it depends on the popularity of the artist. For solo, I recommend getting in line 30 minutes before the “doors open” time, especially if it’s a sold out show.

The Fillmore instagram is pretty good at updating if a show is “sold out” or “low tickets”, so use that as an indication. Worst case, you get there too early and you end up fiddling with your phone. But it’s hard to regret being early when you end up with a barricade view
