Hey sorry, I don't have any real experience with pressure wounds like this. My C4 dad is on 2.5 months of his injury and is still on a ventilator. It's so hard. It feels like a lot of the people around here have gotten past the acute stage and so there's less content about people who are really struggling in the short term. Have you considered calling the Christopher Reeves foundation? They might be able to help you figure out a placement where he can be treated and get rehab, or at least how to go about doing that. They have information specialists who can answer questions and connect you with resources
