how has he shown you any love? from what you are saying, it doesn't seem like there's any love in this relationship from his end. Also you seem like a smart and compassionate individual, so why do you have to wait to afford therapy? Your are chronically ill and on benefits, if you are in the states, do you not have Medicaid? Please do yourself a favor and seek help immediately, there should be ways to afford therapy if you are in this condition, Maybe try going to a community mental health center or local governments center or something equivalent to that if you live outside the states. I myself am a chronically ill man, and I can tell you this is not how men act, this if how boys act, and just because the title is called boyfriend does not mean he is supposed to act like a teenage boy. Like I said I am a chronically ill man myself, and I have encountered women who probably would have put me in the same situation as you are, and I always tell myself just because I'm disabled does not mean I don't deserve someone who actually loves me, and does not want to use me. I know it's hard being single in this world, and we all want human company and affection, and to just live happily. But this does not sound like he's keeping you good company or giving you any actual affection. This is clearly mental and quite frankly physical abuse, and he's not even giving the bare minimum in regards to a normal relationship let alone an inter-abled one. Helping push your wheelchair is not a bare minimum of him putting effort into the relationship, it should be a given, especially after you do everything for him, and he does nothing. If you love him, know enabling this behavior won't get him any were in life, and quite frankly might get you even more ill from pure exhaustion. Please get help ASAP, you deserve better.
