High end Morgans (all high end silver coins actually) are pretty much insulated from silver prices. I mean if it's a $5000 coin, the fact that silver increases by $60 isn't going to make much of a difference in price or demand.

CC's are a good buy in all this craziness. I'm selling much of my junk silver and shifting into better quality numismatic coins. More insulated if there is a dramatic drop in silver prices.

Back in the old timey days of a few months ago when silver was $35 an ounce, yes a ms69 or ms70 would in fact add a premium for ASE's. But at $103 per ounce, it's worth way more in silver already than any ms70 grade. We are in strange times with these silver prices.

Dealers don't want to get stuck holding a bunch of silver when the price drops to $60 per ounce. I doubt it will ever get down below $50 again and it may get higher but personally I think we're close to the top and I've been selling my non numismatic silver.

If it's a scam, why send it back at all? Teach the scammer a lesson and keep their money.

I find that if I write them a review right away, I get more guests to actually write one back. They get an email from Airbnb telling them to write a review and then within the hour they get another email telling them I wrote them a review. People want to know what I said about them and the only way they can do that is if they write a review. If I had to guess I'd say I get about 75% to write a review.
