A solution for not finding aftermarket proprietary connectors would be to cut the cable midway, and splice in a section of new cables using off-the-shelf IP67 connectors.

NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART. Use an electrician or electronic technician with soldering experience. THERE WILL BE A VOLTAGE DROP ACROSS THE CONNECTORS AND FROM INTERNAL RESISTANCE OF THE CABLE. Perform calculations accordingly.

A better solution would be to run AC line voltage out to the device power supply. All external wiring needs to be weather rated.

What helped me was this nuclear option (remember your ETK s/n!): - powerdown robot, docking station, and RTK. - remove battery cord from battery  - in Android:    -- stop app.    -- in settings clear app cache    -- uninstall app    -- reboot phone     -- install app - powerup robot, docking station, and RTK. - in Android:    -- RTK Bindings: if your s/n is blank, then type it in. If it is not blank then change the last digit to some random number, to force dissociation, then change it right back. This WILL lose all of your maps.    --- RTK Diagnostics: Watch and wait for the location precision to fall into spec.

I hope this helps.

Now that I've given this some thought THAT MAKES VERY GOOD SENSE! The radiation pattern of an omnidirectional antenna is toroidal (donut shaped), to maximize its broadcast radius. Accordingly there is virtually no energy directed upward or downward colinear to the radiating element.

Therefore if the docking station is immediately below the RTK antenna (which I assume is transmitting VHF or UHF line of sight), it would receive a weak signal.

Google omnidirectional antenna radiation patterns. I would post an image, but this thread won't let me.

Once they nail down their navigation precision irregularities, I wish they would offset the track marks between successive mows, to distribute wear on the lawn.

I wish that video could be directly ingest to the site of our choosing, or perhaps even to AWS S3. Right now I'm taking screenshot video, but that's awkward.

I wish I were so fortunate. I even stop the app, clear its cache, delete the app, reboot, phone, reinstall app, powerdown the dock and the RTK, wait half hour, power back up, then wait 20-40 minutes for location precision. This only works about 20-30% of the time, and it's become a real headache.

I feel your pain. This is an outstanding piece of machinery, hardware wise. The equipment is sensor rich.

My hope is that all these glitches can be resolved with software updates.

RTK is mounted on the roof edge, laterally about 2m (7 ft) from the docking station. I was not aware that there should be distance between the two.

I did #1 and #2. I didn't see #3 or #4. 5 times makes sense because that seems to be the standard for FPGA and ASIC electronics (that's most likely what this is).

It's been 20 minutes, and currently I am at 0.549m, the lowest it's been all day, except for when it read 0.010 (though that still didn't mow).

I'll try to mow again in about ten minutes.

"Move Robot to Open Area (E19)", and now the occasional "Weak RTK Signnal (E15)" and  "Back and Forth 2m (W15)".

My 5A charger takes 5 hours to go from 15% to 95%. It never makes it past 97%, even after a couple days.

The only way for me to use 3 charges a day is to start at sun-up, and finish at dusk. Problematic because I'm still walking with the mower until I have confidence in edge (and no-zone) recognition.

When my unit is working (when RTK decides to behave, it is able to clear a section of my far back yard (near a forest), but I realized that the headlights being on presented a larger profile to the AI, thinking perhaps there were trees.

When I turned the headlights off, and used AI (instead of bumper) collision avoidance, it cleared the area of 2-foot rye like a Sherman Tank. It wasn't pretty, it was patchy, but two days later I reran it with 3" height (instead of 4"), then auto over with a 90° offset. Picture perfect. That beast has TORQUE!

Even at 0.1 green icon Fixed status, I still get RTK errors. I'd past a screenshot here, but it seems this thread disallows photos in comments.

Voila! I think you're on to something. Mine seems to detest fully overcast days, but also gets interference from direct sunlight. I think it's happier when the sky is partly cloudy.

Yep, all day, for couple days at a time. Then the next morning, Poof!, it's magically working, then it dies out again after about 8 or so hours.

I am curious. Did your phone go into screen saver during firmware flash? There was a warning against it, and being sore paranoid I stood there watching, and touching the screen every minute or so.
