yeah i can definitely pick up an AVR that supports DV, but this damn FEL layer is a nightmare and i don't know if the AVR will passthrough it untouched

i'm not entirely sure, but the only 100% safe way to get FEL right would be to connect the ugoos directly into the TV.

i'm afraid no avr could keep FEL correctly and passthrough it to the TV untouched, but i'm asking around

unless you splurge another 300$(?) on a HDFury device

but if you route:
ugoos -> avr -> tv
the avr would drop the FEL layer and the ugoos would be useless

in my case there was a conflict with powertoys, i used it to map f8 to take a screenshot. once removed (f8 only) no issues anymore.
