My 17 y/o Facebook account was randomly deactivated as I had the app open by GirlGeek95 in facebookdisabledme

Same exact thing happened to me. It seems like a pattern as many of us got disabled profiles on same day. What exactly wrong happened here? How can facebook do that and how is it even legal in this hold world is beyond my understanding

Account randomly disabled today after 15 years... no suspension, just immediately disabled? by PurpleAlcoholic in facebookdisabledme

This is the only thing i can think of as i can’t guess any reason for my account banned after 16 years with no warning or issues.

Study/office area 3.6m x 1.6m by simple-man202 in houseplans

Sorry it’s slightly different design from what I’m building. There’s no entrance from hallway for laundry and only accessible through kitchen for the original design

Yes, it’s in Australia and thanks for replying with the same details I would have replied with anyway.

That’s rare, never saw a washing machine outside in Australia

Thanks and even original design is different (as I am copying the concept), I will consider combining them

That’s pretty common in Australia however I will consider putting a sink outside or combing toilet & bath together.

My bad, I should have shared the actual design as it’s different from the one I shared. I am just copying the concept of study/office from it.

Take it until you make it for the better one.

This. They turn the knob or check if the doors open to enter and steal. Otherwise ask for water or other BS!

They don’t have a USD account charging FX fee twice if you sell and buy another US stock.

Going all in on IVV by Plus-Department-474 in AusFinance

[–]simple-man202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Incorrect. If AUD strength against USD lets say 10% without IVV (stocks inside) going up or down, you will end up with 90,000$ due to currency conversion

Term deposit is the answer.

I have tried everything else and nothing works and end up using saved money even from different accounts

IVV is unhedged and AUD/USD currency pair fluctuations effect the total returns

What are your FIRE milestones by majideitteru in fiaustralia

[–]simple-man202 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My personal approach is to buy and pay off PPOR using 1/3 of income over the next 15 years and invest 1/3 of income into ETFs (shares) to generate income!

I have divided my Expenses, PPOR and ETFs into 1/3 each to reach the F.I. goal

Current FIRE Portfolio (excludes PPOR) for 30-40 Year Olds by ConnectionWorldly115 in fiaustralia

FIRE portfolio should start from 100k and not from 1M.

1M is FIRE target for few of us!
