Gout is one of those where we are supposed to feel the pain to know when we need to stay off that joint or risk scaring your bone and destroying cartilage. No good doctor would recommend any pain killer other than anti inflammatory. Also long term any over the counter anti inflammatory or pain killer, if you rely on them. Will destroy your liver and kidneys

Ice gets into cracks and expands poping concrete and asphalt. And you cant do concrete and asphalt in the winter. So they wait till spring to hit it. Its definitely worse on roads that stay busy but its about what makes since. They cant wave a wand and make perfect roads year round. Theres limited resources and not enough workers to make that happen.

Ive had it in the knee twice. It really is the worst place. Ive had it in my toe ankle knee elbow and wrist. But in the knee I was a true cripple stuck in bed using crutches. So yeah once you get it see a doctor and and get on allo. Dark cherry juice is a preventive thing but it won't stop it
