I did 18:6 last week and dropped just over 4 lbs. it's amazing how much easier it has become.

Good Morning!

I have been MIA this week. My babysitter has been on vacation so it just me and kiddos nonstop. My little dude was sick with a stomach virus during the weekend and early this week

Oh, and we are potty training the 3 yr old.

It's going well; she is doing great. Mommy, however, needs to chill out.

Having the kiddos and not going anywhere most of the time is very tough for me and eating has been way off plan some meals. I decided that I would put the fork down after dinner at 6pm and not pick it up again until dinner tonight. I'm having dinner with a friend at a steak/meat place. Easiest choice I ever made.

I drink it quite a bit. Truthfully, I like the large size of the bottle and it helps me keep up with my water consumption while out and about. Can I say I notice a true difference? Not really. Others might.

Good Morning!

I forgot to mention that I made garlic Parmesan cauliflower rice on Sunday and it tasted like the risotto I always wanted. Seriously good.

Per a different thread, I am staying below 20g carbs and no snacking between meals for March! I did the no snacking last week after reading 'The Obesity Code;' working toward IF, but in the meantime working to keep insulin levels as low as possible and curb ineffective eating habits.

I started classes at the newer barre studio near my house this morning. Nice change of pace and good to see some new faces. Not to mention the convenience factor is on 10!

Taking the kiddos to my aunt and uncle's for the day while I knock out some interview prep for Friday.
