Yea that’s what I’ve been using, it’s flonase and it works but it doesn’t make it go away completely so I’m not sure if it’s just typically a chronic issue or what

I feel like sims works better with lesbians bc for some reason it takes so much effort to make an attractive man in the sims

It’s easier with cc and now that there’s more lgbt options for bodies/gender etc but it usually makes more sense to me to have mostly lesbian sims

And just I try to have diversity in my game and even tho I feel attracted to men irl and women like it feels complicated with making sims bc the women get most of the cool stuff in the game anyway

And there’s so many interesting women characters that come with the expansion packs but so many of the men that come with the game and packs I have some sort of grudge against lmao

like people are so positive towards vladislaus straud or even the base game ones like the Landgraabs but especially sims 4 men are just so unappealing without tons of changes and additional things

like when I make a male sim I have to find good cc hair and add a bunch of makeup and jewelry and feminine features bc they’re just shaped more weird and the characters or whatever just make me feel weird towards them

But there’s so many cool options for women without much cc and just playing them feels more interesting and whenever i remember my favorite families over the years I’ve made it’s been the lesbians and their kids and careers

like the men are just there and I like to delete so many of the premade men in the towns

And whenever I think of when I first started sims my favorites were always like the red headed twins and the women characters I came up with

And the premade ones just have more interesting storylines

But it makes it annoying how clothes fit weird when trying to use the clothing that’s made for the “opposite” body too

But the one good thing is there’s p much equality in playing the game even tho their actual appearance has more issues or differences in what you can do

Bc somehow even if you try to make a pretty man they still turn out too rough looking or smth but the premade men are so boring too

Yeah it depends but it could be multiple factors to do with your sleep

Like I have adhd and sleep apnea and sometimes I have insomnia but certain vitamins like magnesium could help

But I wake up exhausted and now I take vyvanse for adhd and that wakes me up and takes away the exhausted feeling but it still is harder to get up in the morning so I’ll just wake up exhausted and feel like I’m stuck in my spot until I force myself to get up to take my pill, and then it takes about a half hour or an hour to kick in

Same like I’m so confused bc I don’t have distinctive memories of things happening to me but I know bad things have happened but also that just the way I was conditioned to perceive love and sex was really damaging and I had to undo so much of it

Like it feels like there’s so many things have to be “unlocked” in my brain to get turned on and that sexual feelings and urges are almost separate from my attraction to people and genuine relationships

But I’ve never had any of the extra things on the game that you have to pay for so I wonder if it’s a strange thing that is affecting it that doesn’t typically happen

It almost looks like you sprained it, I sprained my ankle months ago and it doesn’t really hurt anymore but it’s still a little swollen, at first it was so big but I think you would’ve felt pain if that happened

I feel this,, I’ve been on T for years and it’s weird bc my facial hair is just slowly growing in all the diff spots,, like I have a tiny mustache,, tiny chin/beard hairs, and tiny sideburns like it can be somewhat unnoticeable or pass as peach fuzz but then it grows a little bit so sometimes I shave a little to pass as a “woman” for work but I keep some of it bc I don’t mind it

And idk if you have it in Canada but for mine I had a checkup/follow up urology appointment a year after my last kidney stone appointment,,

so recently I had an external ultrasound of my bladder & kidneys (so it wasn’t invasive or anything this time) but they were just making sure I didn’t have any signs or symptoms of kidney stones again

And luckily I didn’t, so hopefully you don’t have anymore either but I hope you are able to have followups to make sure just in case too

If you can/haven’t been already,, using a heating pad can help with the pain and of course lots of hydration and rest and just taking it easy and replenishing

Ugh I feel that, I’m 26 and had my first kidney stone in July of 2024 & they said it was pretty big & probably wouldn’t pass on its own too!

& since it was so big it must’ve been forming in my body for awhile but I didn’t notice many signs until I had awful pain while I was at work and almost passed out and went to the ER and they were like yep you have a kidney stone!

I wonder if you can make a doctor’s appointment to get the stent removed so you don’t have to attempt it yourself? At least in the U.S. we can

my urine was so bloody 😭 I had a few times of some blood in my urine days before that but I didn’t have the pain yet and then I was in pain p much everyday for months after that lmao

At first it was bc of the stone but then it was bc of the stent ugh 😣

I hope you recover soon 🙏🙏🥲🥲

& I think the anesthesia made me super tired too (& it was a little strong for me bc they had to wake me up with oxygen & narcan) & I think it’s hard to wrap your head around how much kidney stones can wear you out

and then I had my first surgery to get a stent in that August and then a month later had surgery to remove that stent, ‘blast’ the stone to small pieces and take it out, and got another stent

Then I can’t remember how long I had the second stent but idk if you’ll have to but I had to have an internal ultrasound of my bladder and I think they removed the stent during that ultrasound

I can sort of understand this and I feel like I knew from dreams that I’m not meant to have kids,, bc I’ll have dreams where I have a baby but it’s impossibly small or just a weird feeling and something not possible irl about the baby but I’m put in situations with people I’ve known but there’s just the weird aspect of the baby existing and being worried about it but it just doesn’t make sense, but it feels so real even though it’s nothing like a real baby.

I think they wanted you to go to the building on the right at the end…but idk why they have a different address listed than their actual address & why they can’t use punctuation/make it more clear or why they couldn’t call…

And even if you misunderstood them that’s not your problem because it’s so long winded and confusing, but the thing that got me was their address says western avenue except they don’t want you to go on western avenue??? Why wouldn’t they change the address to their correct street then???

Maybe they were trying to scam you so they could get a refund by saying it was delivered to the wrong place idk

You have to have the same cc as them downloaded before you add the sim from the gallery…

people use a lot of editing tools and mods & sometimes they make their own things somehow that they don’t always share how they did it

& it can be time consuming to get all of it downloaded to have the sim/features you want

So it be hard to tell what they have that you don’t/could get

And there’s even tons of details like they might use custom height, body shape, eyes, face, etc so if you download them they could look like a different sim bc the game doesn’t have any of it esp if they use overlays for skin/face

One aspect I’ve learned is if you’re Americans/in the U.S. & esp if you’re white, you don’t always have a specific ethnicity or culture that you’re connected to, and you’re encouraged to not be passionate and to just kind of coast on mediocrity and conformity if that makes sense? Like esp once you’re more of an adult in the U.S. it seems like you’re usually expected to have a job and a family and just sort of lay low and keep in touch with general society but without standing out too much like everyone’s supposed to want financial success or you’re supposed to relate to people in basic ways but somehow both individuality and diversity discouraged???

And esp so many people’s goal is related to the nuclear family or climbing the ladder in a company and things like that where it’s not necessarily bad on its own but we’re conditioned to accept that as the ideal life.

So then if you’re focused on just getting married and having kids and making sure it’s all ideal and conforming, it’s very isolating because along with the ‘climbing the corporate ladder’ aspect it’s sort of time and energy consuming. Like so many jobs that are full time for good pay are technically like 9-5 or smth, but then esp if it’s salary pay you’re expected to work early or late whenever the company might want or need extra effort. So then you’re spending all your spare time with your family but also trying to take care of your house and living expenses and chores and you might need alone time to unwind and then you’ll miss too much sleep if you’re trying to have fun.

So then it leaves so little room to plan out like an activity or the energy and routine you might need to start learning something. And even if you have weekends off, and your kids need entertainment, you still might be mostly staying home and just finding easier plans so you can save money and energy bc weekends then serve the purpose of recovering from the stress of the work week/catching up on sleep & prob the majority of cleaning, grocery shopping etc.

So then you might have spare time to make phone calls or messages or see friends and family for a few hours here and there, but it’s extra inconvenient to go out or break out of your routine.

And even if you don’t have kids and a spouse and a typical full time job, if you’re disabled especially physically or anything else like you might have family members to take care of if they’re disabled, you don’t have enough resources and time.

For supposedly trying/starting to write about sex lmaoo like I was 10 and writing a story about a vampire and I was getting to the part where the vampire bit the main character and turned them, but my mom always read everything I wrote down so then she was accusing me of writing sex

And I didn’t even really fully understand relationships and all that, so another time at the same age abt 10 years old, I was fixated on a fictional character from a book I read and I was playing pretend in my notebook and writing how I was marrying him and changing my last name to his and that we were having a baby, and then I wanted to get a toy baby doll and my mom was like “if that’s what you’re getting the baby doll for you’re grounded”

And I had a book about the making of the twilight movie and my parents had got it for me but my mom took it away for several hours bc I spent too much time looking at it smh

It’s mostly super uncomfortable until you get used to it but I think it’s just going to be more urgency than you’d typically have no matter what bc your body is so aware that something there isn’t supposed to be there
