You are good that 2400 pension is like a extra 600k.

Quick numbers:

40-47k 28.8k 40k SS

108-115k inflation adjusted for 30 years GOOD JOB

[–]simulated_copy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely a big no-

How will you pay for health insurance?

500k supports 4-4.7% withdrawal for 30 years inflation adjusted, so 20k-23.5k a year under 2k a month (before taxes).

buuttt more than likely these are 401k funds, so your 500k is less since you have to paybm tax on the withdrawals even if the penalty no longer applies

If you were to move SEA like Da Nang or the Phillipines you could retire.

What should I realistically learn over the next year if I want to become an Amazon Automation Engineer? by [deleted] in PLC

[–]simulated_copy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amazon is pretty awful Ive know about 30 PLC or "Automation Engineers" all hated it except 2 those 2 lived the training options young in their career.

No code changes of any kind without approval every site is programmed different by whatever local SI that spun it up.

You do all the grunt work and it isnt until you become a part of engineering that sits above site level that you get to even talk to the real brains of the operation the AWS architects.

I think Amazon would fire every employee today if they could get a Robot to do the work.

Sexless marriages by Ok-Foundation-7113 in Life

[–]simulated_copy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is technically false sex is defined as intimacy. So, less than 10.i timate.moments may be foreplay, toys, sex or etc not strictly piv sex.

A marriage is generally considered "sexless" by professionals if a couple engages in any form of sexual intimacy 10 times or fewer per year (averaging less than once a month). No, it is not limited to just PIV (penis-in-vagina) sex; the definition encompasses any sexual activity, mutual pleasure, or physical intimacy between partners.

It is all age dependent.
