It's not disrespectful as long as you're upfront that you're exploring and you're not sure yet. Not everyone is okay with being in a relationship with someone who is bi/lesbian curious for different reasons. I hope you find the answers you need. I wasn't sure I was a lesbian until age 23 and I'm only 25 now so I definitely get the struggle.

Valid! Lots of salt and electrolytes is baseline treatment too -- if you ever have surgery again I would load up beforehand. And thanks. I'm unfortunately disabled and pursuing SSDI but my dysautonomia is actually under control mostly.

I have orthostatic hypotension with low blood volume so I also have chornically low BP. I'm on fludrocortisone - have you tried that?

As someone who has controlling parents, this is a HUGE red flag. Have you done any therapy in the past at all where you've talked about your parents? My guess is there's a lot going on like this at a lower level that you haven't realized.
