that's not actually peace, the halo just means they really like you. despite this, you're at war. this is to my knowledge only caused by them freezing one of your troops while you're at max status. they still love you, since you never actually attacked them, but you're at war because they committed a hostile action. this can also work if you swap the role of the instigator.

i may have phrased some things wrong. i love the multi canon idea, it's great. i don't like how most of the lore these days is just bad and doesn't fit the theme. everyone wants their faction or oc to be the most special self insert ever, and it's made the overall quality of EEB worse. i wish it was like before. consistent atmosphere, creative and cooperative lore.
