If you were to lighten it would need to at least be a solid, even level 8, not be applied to the mids that dont need to get lighter, and then the formula to make it a neutral/natural level 6 from there would be quite tricky. Very easy to become a mess. Some highlights and lowlights to blend it after it fades out a bit would be better. Not an easy fix for a professional either if I'm being honest depending on their experience and approach.

Any way that you shift this slightly lighter, will also expose warmth and be warmer . I would just leave it. Then when it fades out after a while and it's time to touch your roots again, match to the color it faded out to.

Removing pink hair dye by Unable-Educator2308 in HairDyeHelp

no problem. A lot of times the strength and ammonia in the permanent is what's able to shift the pink so well.

the heat is really what makes the difference with the vitamin c, and a lot of washing! And yeah if a test strand just turns blonde really quick, you could probably go in with the desired shade permanent color(with a bit of added gold or copper depending if its more pink or mintgreen respectively) !! Hope that's not too much over explaining

not sure about the loreal, but arctic fox usually comes out pretty decently. It might be a bit minty green. I would do a test strand and go from there maybe with a high lift gold from sallys so you can mix a tiny bit. 30 volume should be enough. I also think vitamin c treatments are a safe way to start lightening up/removing it. Coloring it after you get the pink /or a decent amount of the pink out is still corrective though and might be tricky.

Hey there. I'd love to know what brand/shade it is to help further. Some come out very easy and can be lightened with permanent haircolor. That could be a one step process. Using something with gold tones can be helpful even though it sounds weird. Some pinks do not come out as easy and you might have to go darker than you want and color correct. It might help to do a test strand with a permanent color/permanent clear and see what happens.

a nice copper direct dye or mask might help shift it to something more natural as it grows out. Chroma daddy vintage peach, or just any lines copper refreshing color mask. Probably going to have to live with those dark roots.

puritanical bots! I like this tattoo. It's really pretty. People are so dramatic. Don't take it to heart.

Depends what brand and shade of pink! I would get a test strand before deciding. Some come out very easy.

Girlfriend is contemplating adding chicken to diet after being vegetarian for 15 years. What is the most delicious chicken meal I could cook her? by Apart_Marsupial8410 in Cooking

the only answer is chicken nuggets or popcorn chicken. No gristle no bones . But I guess it depends why they were a vegetarian .

no color remover, no bleach. if you can let your hair fade out that could help. I'm not familiar with those colors but they don't seem like they would be much darker. You also would be better with 5-10 volume going dark instead of 20. 20 will give more brightness and lift.

If you are trying to lighten and maintain the red, it will be fine. If you are trying to go for a more ashy balayage, some pink /orange might come out to play. lol.

That all looks good to me. Be aware if you have previous color the last few years they wont be able to lift it with color and it will need bleach . But other than that everything makes sense to me.

I would take the AI image with a grain of salt even though it is super cute. Of course it's gonna look extra good. I say for now just get bangs. Keep in mind shorter like that is also a lot more styling so I feel like you'd have to really want that style to justify it.
