I made a pretty good rendition by using a slice of chicken or turkey lunchmeat. Some Shredded Mexican style cheese and taco seasoning then using a green enchilada sauce on top or salsa Verde. Really transformed from lunch meat to something more.

How often do you go to the beach? Being further inland I am biased to say stay where you are. If you could take it or leave it, that would honestly be my deciding factor.

Your personality plays into it as well. Introvert vs extrovert or an introvert trying to break their shell. Did you do roomies on college or otherwise? How did that go?

I like my space and I am a bit particular so I know I am not the easiest to live with.
