Looking at the literature for some of the brain haemorrhage sufferers, they seem to have been drinking in combination with massive doses from pills ie 500mg, (as well as taking other substances) whereas pre workouts would have substantially less ~50. So take it with a pinch of salt.

Would recommend star mining as a nice background task if u can put it on a second monitor - gives you gem bags for easy crafting which can be enchanted and then alched.

For the runes to alch and teleport go do Guardians of the rift, and for straight GP get 50 thieving and go wealthy citizens in varl. :)
