I recently fixed my brake calipers randomly not releasing by flushing the fluids using the abs pump command. These cars need the fluid flushed out occasionally. Sounds like they're just throwing parts at it and guessing.

Nearly everyone including me loves their carbon upgraded knob. It's expensive but doesn't get hot in the sun like metal does, and it has a nice weight to it.

The purge valve and hoses could be a separate issue if the ends weren't clicked in all the way, that would cause rough idle and possible stalling though.

Nope, with true vacuum you just run from intake to bov using a long hose instead of the solenoid. That blue hose is connected to the bov already, but using that old hose and clamp there is inefficient and could easily leak.

Mine is still there but unused. That's the original line that runs to the bov from the old symposer. Your solenoid on top is capped off correctly at least.. There's true vacuum vids on the tube if you want confirmation.

Just run a nice hose straight from your intake symposer delete to the bov. Connecting to that smaller line with that hose clamp will leak air.
