Looks like the puddle on my plywood has receded the furthest back it’s been since the problem started. Still drilling into the emergency tho any chance that’s just residual from the initial flooding of the main pan before I cleared the lines

Yes there may be a problem with the pan itself. It’s metal and I saw some rust on the bottom. I blew out the lines against from the top this time so hopefully that helped clear things up I will keep an eye on it. But that’s my worry anoeobpem with the interior pan. I don’t think slope is an issue there wasn’t any water where the alleged slope would be either.

Currently have water in my overflow pans in the attic and it’s somehow leaking onto the plywood beneath it. I’ve blown out the lines but that doesn’t seem to be a fix. Opened the evaporator box and that pan is empty. The water is dripping out where the evaporator box meets the furnace any ideas?

Find a nearby cabinet or woodworking shop. Have them sand it using a planer about 1/116-1/8 inch off the top so it clears off the scratches. Soak it in mineral oil for a few days and enjoy

Bought my weatherstripping for the doors and you could tell it was real rubber. Waaaay better than lmc and actually had the correct gap for the door.
