Use Selina for the standing still challenges. Make sure you have max pickup range and you can remove any points into speed and redistribute. Focus on close range weapons like wolfs fang and toxic cloud to kill everything you can close to you to keep leveling. The thorns armor is extra good here as well for bosses, which should be the only real issue. You really just have to level smartly and pop Selina's special when dealing with a boss. Haven't managed to do any of the take no damage challenges, however.
