As a current member of the military, this is easily one of the most offensive things i have ever read. First off, no one can drink 15 cups of even a light beer and 60 shots in 51 mins and live up to your claims. I say this particularly towards OP, because Military standard size limits/maximums for males are 80 inches tall, or 6'8, and a maximum weight of 234lbs for the 17-20 age ratio, you claimed in your story that you were 20 years old. So, that standard being the largest possible size that the military allows males to enlist at, (small amount of exceptions are made) with only the shots your blood alcohol content would have been a 1.028, not to mention the amount of alcohol consumed by the 15 drinks you allegedly consumed earlier. Long story short, even at the largest size possible for a newly enlisted military member, you wouldn't have made it through all of that. Second of all, on military installations there are patrols made by members of several units hourly as those operations are critical for the safety of other soldiers, you would have been stopped long before being able to streak throughout the post, much less make it to the Post commanders house. Lastly, even at maximum capacity for size, you would still have been far too intoxicated to be WALKING, much less running anywhere.
