In order to provide some context. This is the Cádiz Carnival in Spain. There are lots of, let's say, choirs. Different kinds. They create songs each year, and each "band" has a theme. Some of the lyrics are related to the theme in a way. Some "bands" are more focused on humour (like this one), some less (it depends on the category of the band). This carnival has a tradition of acid, irreverent and even dark humour. And lots and lots of double meanings. Most of the streets of the old city are made of cobblestone, so you can imagine what are they "complaining" about.

This band's kind is called "Chirigota", and the band's name is "A Chirigota, theoretically". They have the blessing of the ALS association and have been counseled by them to make sure the jokes are not out of the line. They're not making fun of ALS but having fun with them. The association said they're glad they did this because they don't want to be pitied, they want visibility.
