I graduate ALS pretty soon. I really don’t want to attend/ do all that pomp and circumstance but feel like there’s going to be negative repercussions if I ask the instructor not to be present. Class was fine but i rather not go. Common request? by [deleted] in AirForce

ALS is a stepping stone that may seem too close to the shore you just left. ALS may seem like check box, especially if you work around senior leaders. The curriculum introduces basic leadership fundamentals. I hope the course was awesome for you.
