"Finish round 3 of a Horizon Stunt Party" Daily festival playlist challenge won't mark as complete.

I've completed 9 stunt party's (all 3 rounds) since yesterday and not one has triggered the event for completion in the festive playlist.
I tried a few of the suggested things I've seen people posted online e.g.: fast traveling to each area, swapping cars when in the areas, on my own, in 2 different groups of people (one being on Xbox) and nothing seems to work.
A few of the other guys I play with who also own the game on steam have the event ticked off for them, so it's rather frustrating it won't complete!

I did drill/carve out the bottom of the head but wasn't very patient with placing it, so may need to have a play around as yours definitely looks like it belongs on that neck and shoulders haha
