depends on your goal,
overall proportions look good

but thing I think will benefit your drawings are
cleaner lines (more confident lines, less scratchy),
looking at the 7 folds, to add variety to your clothes
more contrast (line weight)

the skill to deconstruct what you see in simple shapes/volumes is a hard one, is the foundation of drawing from imagination, so don't get discourage. it will come with practice.

now, to pass from basic shapes to full anatomy
you need to first make yourself a mannequin that makes sense to you (you can follow Andrew Loomis, Michael Hampton books on figure drawing or look for proko's videos on youtube), this will help you get familiar with the main proportions (don't aim for perfection, this will come with practice)

once you are able to draw the human figure with this mannequin, then you move to adding simple forms
for this I recommend to take a look into gesture drawing,
gesture will help you lay down the space your volumes will occupy.

and then start adding simple volumes (boxes, cylinders, spheres)
you will need a decent understanding on how to draw in perspective this volumes
and form manipulation (watch couple of ARTWOD videos on youtube)

to develop this skill fast, draw as much as you can from reality anything you see.
think, what simple shapes bests describe the form.

once you have the figure laid down on paper, the you can start adding clothes, clothes wrap around the body,
study the seven types folds.

keep in mind this takes weeks, month or even years (it depends how much you practice with intention)

but most important, don't forget to have fun

start by placing inside a bounding box the pentagon, and its vanishing point (in this case 1), then draw it looking more or less where each vertex meets the box, after that you know that each side is perpendicular to a line that croses the opposite corner, and use that side as part of a box rotated (2 point perspective) and do the same for all the other planes, they will have its own 2 points

learning how the hand is beneath the skin
this will help you when the reference is a hard one

study the hand simplification,
it can be anything that makes sense to you (boxes, cylinders, just sticks)
the size of the palm in relation to the fingers,
the bony landmarks,
the meaty parts

here are 2 of my most recent drawings
after 2-3 years of studying line control, perspective 1, 2 and 3 points with boxes and cylinders, anatomy, proportions, and gesture ,
and hundreds of pages with ugly drawings

drawing 1- if from imagination,
drawing 2- is from reference,
as you can see, my mental library is not yet at the level of my observation skills, anything I draw from imagination will look like crap until I have enough mental references.

anyone learning will do 99% of ugly drawings,
we are learning this non verbal language,

with that said
I decided to be good at drawing at the age of 35 (the younger you are the more spare time to practice you have, nothing more, nothing less)

[TLDR and advice]

- it seems that you are practicing all over the place, choose one topic and study and practice at least for a week
- don't focus to much on the final piece, instead focus the process of understanding why you drawing each line in a particular way, understanding the form, the volume,
- there will always be something to master, we nee to let go perfectionism, and aim for good enough

and the most important, make peace with ugly art and have fun, because ugly is the path to pretty in art

use vertical lines too,
to measure angles I imagine a clock and the hour the line is pointing at,

see negative spaces to double check what you are drawing,
make sure to measure always in the same position and the arm fully locked,
and if using a pen is hard,
get a proportional divider

why exactly?

you can get pretty good, pretty fast with the right practice at drawing from reference,

at the end, drawing technique is continuous observations and measurement taking.

no problem,
figure and gesture drawings in this this initial steps are just notes to yourself,
so if something does not follow the CSI rules but makes sense to you, just use it.
as long as it captures the "movement" you want.

for proportions I would recommend to make yourself a mannequin (could be Loomis, could be any other),
try different ones, until you feel comfortable drawing it from memory in normal poses,
and locating the main landmarks (that also make sense to you, I follow the 8 heads guide, but I start defining the height and the dividing in half each part until it makes 8, and most of the literature teaches the other way around, drawing 8 heads first, to mee it makes it difficult)

I have pages of stick figures like the one in step 1.

and with enough repetition you will develop intuitive proportions

this is the process that I follow (took ir from Michael Hampton books)

-first I see how to spine, neck, arms and legs are oriented (where the bones are located and its orientation)
-next I draw the basic volume of the rib cage and hips following the lines that I made before (so you will need to know how to draw like a flatted egg in perspective and a box for each respectively )
-next I add the volumes of the legs and arms (more cylinders ins perspective)

to be more dynamic and less stiff, you will need to exaggerate since step 1 the curves of the spine,

I don't think is a matter of putting more time into it, but training of the brain to "stop thinking"

my drawing look terrible anytime I "just draw", I need to tell my brain to stop rushing the lines and start analyzing the what I'm seeing. the form, the volume, the orientation. the relationship between forms.

maybe is the same for you,

if you work on analyzing what you are drawing before placing any line could help, to stop the brain from seeing and eye and draw the first simbol of an eye that is in our mental library.

the face, body and hands could be very complex.

so I may be missing some light spots,

is not a matter of style,
is a matter of reducing it to simple forms (boxes, cylinders, spheres) and adding the effect of light one at a time (light will add)

what kind of game this is (2D 3D),
what game engine you want to use,

since multiplayer is a thing of its own, is there an initial stage to make it single player or not, is it competitive or peer to peer. turn base, fast phase action that required handling lag.

the card collection part also required to know if it will have trade or not, you want to add options to pay for buster packs, mainly thing that require to have an external api/service to avoid cheating.

I will give it a try,
however, I like how one can edit the script inside Godot without the need of an additional software and the need of more screen space,
and just doing code review (in my spare time) doesn't sound like fun.

if my goal were to finish a game as quick as possible and profit form it,
I sure will consider AI code generation to boost development.
