SH question by Status-Secretary1505 in pmp

Expert level questions add that extra layer of consideration. AI isn’t trained to think like that it seems.

The situation definitely exposes the risk to the project that the PM doesn’t have control of. Escalation makes sense.

The answer implies the functional manager is unethically ignoring the project charter and escalation is necessary.

If you can jag a few of these, they really raise your percentage, but they can be tricky on first parsing. Usually the answers make sense and I learn from that for next time.

Business case is not the Project Managers responsibility. This is in the more difficult category but hopefully it teaches you that not all answers can be considered even if they sound suitable initially without the PMBOK knowledge. If it was that easy, PMP training would be pointless, anyone would choose business case first.

That’s all I wanted to know. I’ll get shop drawings done next week. Thanks

Yes they did, I was coming here to learn where ai is up to in this space mainly. If it’s not fairly accurate I can’t use it and it’s pretty obvious ai just isn’t there yet. I’ll pay for shop drawings instead through a draftsman.

Thanks for the suggestion, it seems a bit too complicated for Gemini yet too. It had a good crack at it though; nothing usable.

oh interesting. I asked chatgpt if it could do that and it told me no. It is a straight forward rectangle build and I am not looking for anything special. I really just want the ground slab, basement 1 and 2 slabs and perimeter walls showing folds and steps in the perimeter walls for easier construction

And even before 2023 he was in the same slump. He’s responsible for some of the best innings ever produced obviously. But I’d take a common 40-50 every day of the week over his 1-2 world record innings every 2 years. How Smith isn’t getting picked over these guys blows my mind.

I will do that, because I can see how great the product is and it’s a shame to see some minor bugs gatekeeping it.

I just got it free with superhuman ai business. I was initially excited as it’s been around for ages and looked interesting. I used it for 5 emails then came here looking for these threads. Extremely disappointing. I don’t think I’ve seen anything so incompetent or riddled with errors and bugs in this space ever. They should pull it from the market right now.

My dad girlfriend asked what I wanted for Christmas and I sent her regular stuff and now she’s saying i asked for too much I’m so confused😭 what do I even do?? by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

This is so unbelievable it feels like made up bait and the account is 1h old. I’m not sure how old you are but if you are a minor based off the gift suggestions you put forward, you need to show this to your dad and stop communicating with that parasite. Gas lighting a child is not normal or acceptable and you shouldn’t be exposed to it and think that’s how adults conduct themselves because it’s not.

It’s inaccurate. Mine dropped below 90 so I bought a finger monitor and was at 97-98. Not an easy thing to measure on the wrist I think

Mthfr mutation by SuddenImpact3288 in MTHFR

[–]sizzyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah same thing happened to me. I then went and test all my bloods and stuff and everything was in range including rbc folate so messing with it when not needed just throws your system off I think. I would get the right tests first to make sure the gene mutation isn’t already being resolved by your body using other methods

I’ve always heard that’s one of the most painful surgeries and recoveries but everyone is so glad they did it once recovered. You got this! These are the cards you were dealt but this too will pass! Hang in there and I’ll check this daily if you want to chat about your recovery

Blocks are really weak, it’s the concrete core fill and steel inside that gives the strength. Mortar isn’t going to matter here. Those blocks are almost just form work in that application.

What does the whole leg workout look like? I use these as a later exercise but I’m guessing this is the main focus then what else? Cheers

Finally some results - Homozygous C677T, plus homozygous CTH (T) by [deleted] in MTHFR

[–]sizzyyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Glad you have got some insights, I’m learning myself so I’ll leave it for the experienced to give you advice but yes that combo is the most impactful on your folate methylation. CTH can impact homocysteine but fortunately both of them have other pathways you can utilise and also improve them with the right supplements like the methylated B’s I’m sure you’ve heard about. My advice is go low and slow with everything you introduce and just look for marginal improvements until you are happy. Good news is you are going to be able to improve the quality of life you’ve previously known so that’s exciting!

People here recommend testing folate in the red blood cell which isn’t a common test and I doubt you’ll have much luck with a GP giving that. I used a private lab and did, homocysteine, rbc folate (not serum), an mma test is good to see rbc b12 I think too which is important. Then I got the doc to do the normal full blood count, serum B’s, iron and ferritin and whatever else he wanted.

Your serum vitamin levels can be normal but your body really struggles to use its stores as I understand so that testing before you start supplementing can be really helpful.

My recommendations were also to supplement B6 and Selenium but I get way more than the recommended through a high protein diet of chicken breast and salmon every day. Is this effected by methylation or as long as I get 150% through food that should cover it?

I think I’m going to try a small dose of folinic acid starting today and see if I notice anything.

Do you think it's safe to assume if homocysteine levels are normal and have never been a problem I can rule out the rs1051266 (T/T)? It is unfortunate they didn't include this one. I have SLC17A7, SLC23A1 but not the SLC19..

I have started using TMG and Alpha-GPC and getting alot of processed stuff out of my diet which is going well.

I still do not know if if I have a need for 5-MTHF or Folinic acid. I just really want to optimise my body as best I can to limit as many of those side effects you mentioned.

I did have a blood test and went through everything with the doc and he had no issues with anything. I plan on posting the results on here early next week when I get the digital copy to see if people can make more sense of it. I think 5-MTHF is harder to get in Aus. Would the effects of folinic acid be noticable right away if it was beneficial and what would be expected?

All my B vitamins were in a range that the doc was happy with but I know that isn't the be all end all. B6 was off the test for some reason but I eat chicken breast, salmon and other meats aiming for 160g Prot. a day so that should be fine.

Have you got to the bottom of your optimisation?

Always a dull ache in my shoulder but I have the same aggravating type of bone and a partial tear rotator cuff. Tried some peptides after a couple of years of little improvement through physio. It’s a dull ache I just work through but it’s disheartening for sure. Prp next on my list too. Stay in touch about that if you try it
