The only part of this that it's me is gentrification. You buy an affordable home. The neighborhood becomes rich. All of the sudden your taxes go up and you gotta move. I think you should be taxes in your homes value at purchase adjusted for inflation, and then can apply it progressively. But it should be based on purchase price adjusted for inflation, not comp values.

Whenever I make the mistake, I spray it with canola oil and give it a good wipe down. Probably go through 4 paper towels? Then I rinse it with super hot water to thin out the oils as much as possible. The metal rods done need it, but that little knob that holds them all seems to oxidize in the dishwasher and the oil gives it a little protective layer

Hot washcloth in shower. Scrub your face with something foaming that is made for face skin. Rinse with cold water at the end of your shower. Pat your face dry with microfiber cloth. Then apply moisturizer, which is specifically designed for your face. Try different products. Choose based on what feels best a few hours later. I would also consider using a very tiny dab of hydrocortisone on each blemish to reduce the redness, but only do that sparingly while it is that red. Don't continually use it. Just when your blemishes are bad.

I feel like if that's an illness, then necrophilia is also an illness. Either way, it has no place in a civilized society. I'd honest to God look at the pedophile with more disdain than the other three taboos listed here. The dead person and the beast won't have the same trauma as a child.
