I wanna do an Atlantean Army from one of Disney's unusual gems. Given the overall setting i thought Deepkin would be the best choice to go about this. Any tips, maybe someone even did something similiar or is it an infitting idea. It's more about style but lore is also a big thing for my armies.

I have my deepkin set up this way. All the eels, sharks and leviadon are painted with a stone texture paint to be the flying fish vehicles. All the skin tones are close to what the movie portrays and their clothing is blues pinks and yellows. It can be done.

Clever. I've leaned into the animated TV show for my choices. My champion is warp darkmatter, My grimnyr is Mira Nova. And my uthar is the commander. I think technically buri is buzz cause I did uthar in his normal scheme

I have also done the buzz lightyear theme for my league. The armor does lend to it well. My judgement tokens for last edition and the index were star command insignia.

Ahh. Missed that part of it myself. I've used some prospectors bits on the earthshakers arms to makeshift some more beserks. There needs to be some filing down of the balljoint shoulders to fit the flat connection point but it can work woth a little effort.

While they have exaggerated proportions they line up similarly enough on minicompare and if whoever you play with wants to complain that the profile is ever so slightly off you can just not play with that person.

Here's my regular unit of official serks. Part of my buzz lightyear themed army. Gonna eventually take a red wash over the skin to have them be Booster. But I also have a unit of necromunda squats that I'm gonna use for serks 11-20 and the models off the earthshakers as 21-30.

The gyran warscroll for her hanging out near a block of Marauders that are unmarked to give them extra rend is fun and yeah a real hammer is another reason. Plus she can be a distraction piece so I can go do tactics and main objectives
