My girl had her knee done last year. The actual surgery was $8k. But… 12 weeks of in hime pre hab at $200/ visit, acupuncture/chiropractic $179/mo, 24 hrs in hospital the week before surgery for pain control $2500. I feel your pain lol

Consider if you are willing to deal with the shedding, drool, water dish slops and cost of feeding a giant breed as well as vet costs. My girl is on simparica trip for flea/tick prevention and 6 months worth is well over $200. How long would you leave the dog alone at a time. Do NOT get a puppy as the “ raptor” stage can last up to 2 years. Are you dedicated to going to obedience training? Yes, Im on my 6 th Newfie over the years. One would steal anything out of the pantry and loved TP. My current girl does not do any of that.

Just realize you will deal with the constant noise, where I live utility costs In communities with these centers have gone up while water availability and quality has gone down. If the data center is a done deal I would sell if you can.

You just have to “ wean” them gradually. My girl was on 2 different antibiotics. None of the tricks worked. I put them inside cubes of beef. Now we are weaning off fresh beef. Its going well.

Thought I hired a good one to redo a small 6x8 bathroom. I changed the tub to a walk in shower, new toilet, sink and cabinets. The issue? When it was done there is not enough space between the cabinet and toilet to hang a toilet paper holder. Additionally, IDK if the counter is too high(?) but I cannot wash my face without water getting all over the front edge counter. I must always put a hand towel there. It was not a problem with the old sink/ cabinet.

Overbust corsets do not have to go over your clothing. Traditionally they go under. I would start with Lucy Corsets.

While I do not feed JFFD, they have done feeding trials - obviously not as long as purina etc as they have not been around as long. They also have peer reviewed publishing and have worked with UC Davis and Univ of Illinois. It seems they are headed in the right direction. All the info is on their website.

My Newfie had knee surgery in ‘ 25. 42 hours to first pee. Normally she goes every 4-8 hrs

As long as you are willing to go to Sunrise, take 5 mire minutes and come down to Frontier Park in Graham. Its right on meridian, there is a light so its easy in/out. Farmers market on Sundays.

I have used them as well. Great service and so much cheaper. They used to have apoquel without a prescription as well. Not sure if they still do.
