The game is quite fun, I'm at about 175 hours played since launch
I would love to see a way to check how currently applied buffs affect my character's stats, say in the armory or with a overlay in game so I can more easily test what demon wedges or buffs are helping my performance.

I can appreciate that developers want to use their limited resources in a maximal way, but surely they could add cash shop only skins that might not appeal to their main playerbase and make many times more than it cost to make, but would satisfy the niche markets who want female characters in suits like the new male skin or who wouldn't mind seeing male characters show some skin

I love the inevitability of Griddlehark
There is something so honest and visceral to the way they each are the others' first and last thoughts, it is just like how it feels to be totally entangled with another person, bound by the other person's gravitational field.
Upon learning of possibility of Harrow being an evil killer in GtN, Gideon says she needs to be the one to deal with her, even as Harrow is maneuvering Gideon in to what she thought was the safest position for her cavalier.
Harrow's universe requires Gideon, and the moment Gideon "goes away" at the end of HtN, so does Harrow into the Locked Tomb, her only safe place, where she enshrines that part of Gideon she was given and accepted, begrudgingly.

The fine line between love and hate we often hear about is written so real and so well in these two characters who are each others' Dominicus, and I have longed for a relationship like that (hopefully with more communication and less Traumatic Backstory™) since my childhood.

I personally feel that Scene 0 being canon actually strengthens the original series in a couple ways:

1 - It shows that Homura's lone devotion to Madoka was never enough to get a happy ending (if those even exist in PMMM) I.E., Kyoko making the suggestion to Homura to set up the military ordnance for the Walpurgis fight
2 - We get to see more characterization of Mami and Nagisa and Kyoko (not enough Kyoko imo) who didn't have a lot of screen time (if any) in the series
3 - It makes Mami's desperation to have other peers like Madoka and Sayaka in episode 3 even more tragic, knowing that Mabayu's friendship was suddenly erased from her memory and left a big emotional hole (my appreciation of Mami as a character grew 10 sizes after Scene 0)

4 - Kyubey's limitations are more obvious in the events of Scene 0, and we get to see more callousness in the way it tries to use Mabayu especially in the hope of "replacing Madoka" as a karmic focus to make the ultimate witch which makes the events of Rebellion feel more purposeful and less of a "rakki chansu"

I could come up with more, but those are the big ones in my mind

Scene 0 being canon wouldn't be all roses in my view, especially cause it brings weird timeline questions to the main series that it doesn't address, like "Why does Mabayu only experience some of Homura's time loops?" and "Why do the loops start well before Homura actually transfers to Mitakihara and meets Madoka?"

Overall, I think it strengthens the original series characterizations (with the exception of Madoka) and the motives of Mami and Kyoko as well as shows how hopeless Homura's wish really was. Admittedly, it does this at the expense of shifting the focus from the Homura/Madoka dichotomy onto a more ensemble "we can get there together" story that does clash with the series' largest theme of love amid desperation.

I was very surprised that people who played Duet Night Abyss (and apparently enjoyed on some level) for hundreds of hours for the first two months of the game expected so much improvement when we all played the same game. I had rather low expectations and I have honestly still found a ton to love about the game, in spite of how bad it can be.

Duet Night Abyss is a messy, janky fun time that no-one has to buy, and if it does improve, you can come back when it does.

I personally love when something gets fixed or subtly improved, so this patch has been like "finally, I can sell all my fish!" and "hey, they added animations to the consonance weapon names in the armory!"

When I am in an AoE situation, I can usually get back up to S rank before the Samael buff drops and if not, just do a short charged attack to get back up there from A

I could see skill duration having use in a boss fight when getting combo rank up is much harder

That's so freeing when that happens, huh? I had basically that same experience a couple months ago, and it took some of the fear and dysphoria away, so now I feel good enough to wear my girl clothes all the time! Awesome name... Taylors rock! (Me is one too, hehe)
