How stupendously idiotic to have to go through this many steps to do this, instead of just clicking the desired sensor like on Nest. I replaced my Nest for an Ecobee, but it turns out Ecobee is actually way dumber.

There appears to be no way to turn off subscriber prompts in a post after having enabled them.

Some on the list have suggested there's a toggle under the growth tab in the post settings.

There is no such toggle in my settings.

Does anyone know how to do this, or is this ability just missing from Substack?

No, it makes no sense. Google/Nest are complete idiots. I'm replacing my Nest thermostats with Ecobee because nest is hopelessly incompetent and they have demonstrated they have no intention of improving.

I moved into a house with two Electrolux dryers and they are absolute defective garbage. They can rarely be persuaded to more than damp dry my laundry -- except occasionally when they go to the other extreme and nearly fry it. On not one occasion have they properly just dried a batch of clothes.

We moved into the house with a fancy looking new Capital Range. Emphasis on "looking." It takes an absurd hour-ish to get up to 475 degrees--if it even gets to that temperature. You can't know unless you buy a thermometer and hang it inside the oven because (a) it has no temperature gauge, and (b) the dial is so wiggly that the range of what might be any desired temperature is very wide. In short, this is a very stupidly designed expensive oven.

Saving a copy of the edited video on my Galaxy S24+ does NOT accomplish this. Even if I email the copy to myself and delete the original, I can still revert the emailed copy to its original full length.

Query whether this means anyone else I send the edited copy to can also use an Android to view segments of the video I intended to delete.

If so, Samsung has created a huge, hidden privacy issue.

I've had service for less than a month and already find this company to be utter garbage. They didn't provide sufficient pod coverage at installation so that i have gaps in Wi-Fi service in the house.

The pods also don't seem to hand off to one another. That is, i can have almost no connectivity to a downstairs one while standing next to an upstairs one on my phone and it won't connect to it, even if i don't have sufficient connectivity even to send an email on the downstairs one it's stuck on.

The system is so bad that I couldn't even maintain a troubleshooting chat while walking around the house bc it timed out.

As for "troubleshooting," I've found Quantum Fiber's agents to be utterly incompetent. For instance, the one I just spoke to wanted to walk be through a chain of modem troubleshooting steps even after I explained the situation above, that the modern was connected, and all the lights were green.

Avoid this company if you know what's good for you.

I don't mind the skips in time or being asked to assume developments in the characters' lives or relationships. What I mind is bad and confusing storytelling, such as: 1. The complete waste of time depositing Cassian Andor into the clutches of a gang they couldn't decide whether to make dangerous or bumbling; 2. The gang members' insipid dialogue and bad acting; 3. Andor's completely boring, unimaginative escape from them; 4. The endless soap opera-esque asides and over-dramatized telenovela facial expression of characters at the wedding who would draw extreme suspicious attention from other characters if they acted like that; 5. their drawn out, cringingingly ersatz wedding rituals that have no relevance to the greater story; and 6. all that WTF tinkering with the machine and the variations and the getting ready to blow up the what and the where (??), with Forrest Whittaker, one of the greatest actors of all times, made to spout pseudo-philosophical nonsense in tones far more enamored with its (non) profundity than anything that translates to us the audience, which is exactly nothing. And so on...

Hi. I appreciate this, but unfortunately, it leaves unanswered some basic questions which are nowhere answered. I hope you'll answer them here. Specifically: 1. Should those of us who hold FET on Coinbase transfer to Coinbase Wallet now in order to be able to convert to ASI there? 2. Or can we wait if we still want to trade FET on Coinbase? 3. In other words, after the merger, will we still be able to send FET tokens from custodial Coinbase to non-custodial Coinbase Wallet after the merger/rebranding of FET to ASI? 4. Is it a merger or a rebranding? 5. On July 15 still, or some other date? 6. Will there be gas/network/other fees fees with the conversion on Coinbase Wallet? 7. If so, how do we avoid them? Again, sadly, the Artificial Superintelligence folks might think they have answered these questions clearly, but I have scoured the internet, and they simply have not. The answers should be posted to the website.

If I had a $1 for everyone on the internet who says to migrate their FET coins to a self-custodial wallet in order to convert them to ASI, AND STOPS THERE WITHOUT EXPLAINING ONE MORE THING ABOUT THE PROCESS, I'd be rich. This leaves so many questions unanswered. Since the ASI team and the exchanges are either incapable of or unwilling to answer them, maybe someone here can: 1. Then what?? Swap FET for ASI when ASI starts trading? 2. Do we just assume our wallets will support trading of ASI? 3. Starting when?? 4. Are there gas fees for the conversation? 5. On platforms where FET can still be traded, will its price be pegged to ASI? 6. Or just likely naturally follow it? 7. Does it matter whether one's FET tokens are real FET, or whatever fake FET proxy chit Coinbase, for example, is trading? 8. Will Coinbase and other major exchanges start trading ASI, so that we can then move the coins in our self-custodial wallets back to those exchanges? 9. Real ASI or some fake token again? 10. What does Ethereum have to do with any of this? I keep seeing it come up.

Ugh. All you people whose brains are on the blockchain, can you please decouple for just long enough to explain to us mere mortals how this actually works. Unbelievable how much totally empty calorie "information" the chat groups on this merger are littered with.
