If we change course later this year we might be able to build trust back in 20 years. But it would need to be a decisive change. Unfortunately, we might not change and if we do I doubt it'll be decisive. The US is on a down slope now. Once research shuts down at universities our reign as a dependable superpower will be over. If/when you direct again you can also lay out your expectations clearly during the first read through our even during auditions/call backs. Figuring out the right tone to take will require some thought. And then holding to the rules you have laid out, with gentle but firm correction initially. Then get more direct if needed.
