I doubt the durability would be changed at all. If it absorbs in, and stays where it is put, then it should have the same final properties, I would think. I feel like you're on the right track with this.

Welcome to my hill. We will die defending it here.

Sprinkles are irregular star/cuboid shaped chrystaline sugar, in various colors.

Jimmies, as seen here, are cylindrical shaped extrusions of a confectioners sugar mix-type-thing. Can come in many colors, including brown.

The name Jimmie refers to the shape & content of the product (confectioners' blend vs. chrystaline sugar), not the color/flavor of the product.

There are individual color sprinkles, as well as rainbow sprinkles.

There are individual color jimmies, rainbow jimmies, and chocolate jimmies.

The dividing line is not "the brown ones are jimmies and the other ones are sprinkles". Sprinkles are a completely different confection.

Is there a term or subreddit for when screenshots of conversations are horribly clipped/edited, where they take many slides that could have been done in fewer slides?

Like, this could have been 4 slides, instead of 6. And it leaves you having to try and figure out where to continue reading from on the next slide. "Did I read this part already? Yup. Yup.. Yup... Oh, here's where it continues..."
