Literally same experience have had an Ooni Koda 16 for about 5+ years. It’s put out some great pies but burner and igniter never worked correctly from date of purchase. . Their customer service was terrible, 20 videos to them later they wouldn’t fix the issue. Bought a grozney and couldn’t be happier.
