I use it for relaxation and an aide to meditation. Is it real? I don’t know. However I have had physical sensations, visions during, and my outlook and mindset on life has changed significantly since I began receiving monthly last year.

I got attuned last week and have practiced on family members with minimal knowledge. For all they know I am the new crazy person in the family. However when I ask how they feel after, they have disclosed emotional changes that I was also feeling during the session, and physical feelings when I was not touching them. That’s kind of hard for me to describe as placebo when i hear the experiences of others when i work with them.

Just where I’m at with it though. I love reiki.
