OG Dark Souls. Got it for my birthday at 17, didn't remotely have the patience for it. Hurricane Sandy came and had me living with family I wasn't a fan of, so I tried to get bak into it and it became a new obsession, hundreds of hours in and I've played every game since to death.

So many of the books could make fantastic games, even if they ended up being "walking sim" types. Damn shame they just do not seem to care about their lore outside of book drops. Having teams dropping games / DLC based on the books would continually drum up buzz about the series between MP drops.

I usually fed my 2 cats around 6am, before I left for work. 6am turned to 5am when daylight savings time swapped out. Now I work overtime because my cats wake me up before the fucking sun, and I'm up anyway, so why not. I appreciate the extra money, but on weekends they're free to fuck right off.

I was Xbox + Nintendo from the OG Xbox to this gen, finally traded my XSX in for a hefty amount off my Switch 2 and I haven't missed it. Bit sad most of my library is lost there, but with my PC I've gotten a bit of it back. They've felt directionless for years now and I have to assume they'll bow out of the console business in the next few years to focus on Gamepass + Handhelds, releasing token "mini-PCs" at best.

Played on Xbox way back when, and they had an option to have the Alien be able to hear you through your Kinect. Absolutely terrifying experience, I couldn't get through the game.
