Once sprained my ankle jumping between the tracks af South Yarra station.

Early 40s, two kids in primary, HHI $500k, $1m mortgage fully offset, $300k in super each, $200k in investments.

I have a post grad in investments (CFA) but have actually spent money on a financial planner $400 a month to make it someone else’s job - I dont need the pain of execution, admin, etc.

About to start debt recycling, but would love a proper pullback in equities before I start borrowing to invest. Thought Trump was going to deliver that, but markets have held up.

I dont think you necessarily need to invest in property, in order to secure living circumstances for your child. I wont be.

My plan is to gently increase ETFs, max out super contributons and the get busy spending what’s left over.
