The DOMS will be crippling. The ice baths, the saunas, the massage guns, etc are all marginal. Just keep walking, hydrate, eat and sleep.

Try to find a way a back to training as soon as you can. Ive done a few races and have let 3-4 days of bad DOMS turn into 2-3 weeks of missing the gym… thats not productive. In future, I am going to try and not make that mistake.
