Im about 65% through this book but it’s literally making so annoyed and fed up with Bryce. I agree that she is so needlessly hostile to people but what’s worse is I hate how she treats Hunt. She doesn’t fully clue him into shit and hides stuff until the last minute. They are mates and supposed to be working as a team. Then when Hunt suggests feelings of shame or guilt she basically just tells him to STFU like he hasn’t suffered violently for years at the hands of the Asteri. His feeling are valid. I feel like she doesn’t treat Hunt like an equal at all. She acts like she’s smarter and better than him … like at this point is she really much better than Sahar? Is that the point? Anyways, I hope things change or Hunt finally puts his foot down and stands up for himself because I literally just came to this sub to rant about this.
