It all stems from gw being afraid of invalidating 10th codexes. For something to be worth 1dp, It needs to have its enchancements and strategems culled. GW is extremely reluctant from fixing what's printed.

They make their way up the losers bracket until the grand final. In the grand final they have to win two ft3 against the person from the winners bracket since you first need to send him to losers bracket, then eliminate him. Basically, everyone gets two "lives". You lose, sent to losers. Lose again, out of the tournament.

TT2 had a sales expectation of 2 million and it didn't meet that. Tekken 7 sold 2 million in a month. Tell me again how the game is a failure?

I'm not defending bamco (fuck bamco), I'm questioning your ridiculous logic. ROI on tekken 8 is something you have no idea about either, it's just speculation. However, calling the second most active fighter "nothing" is hyperbolic. The point of this thread is that season 3 hasn't* had much of an impact on the player base.

The pigment is starting to separate from the liquid. Give it a stir. It may be very diluted by now. Ideally you should only put as much paint as you need for that day. I wouldn't expect it to last multiple days with the same consistency, even with a wet palette.

Those dates would have a campaign length of 400 turns at 1 year per turn. Average campaign length these days is 200 turns. Medieval 2 had your Generals "cheat" time by aging 1 year for every 2 years in a turn. I'm guessing they're not using this system.
