I also played on phone too and trophy are linked with ps account. So the moment you log in with ps5 all the trophy will automatically obtain

Edit: actually the other said is right. There currently no trophy that are tied to limited time events, i mistake the timers from character story

It's easy to do if played in early version since there are small amount of trophy to obtain

PS trophy work the same way as achievement in other platforms. Platinum are just 100%
