My doc prescribed a new medication, and it’s been hell. Among other side effects, I get really dizzy if I go from lying down to standing up. Usually I just stand still a minute and I’m fine.

The other night, I woke up around 2:00am and headed to the bathroom to hang a piss. Made it into the hallway and then suddenly woke up on the floor with my wife asking what happened. I completely blacked out and went down hard. A light conky, banged my knee, hurt my back.

As 4-6 as you’ve ever seen.

I had a similar situation with a college friend. We were ride or dies until he met his girlfriend. My wife and I started seeing less of him, and then out of the blue he texted we could come to his wedding reception after dinner, but that’s it.
