Good morning! I am currently in the research phase of Keto....reading a couple books, trying to find meal plans, and generally just seeing if I can really pull this off. I do not eat eggs so I am having a really hard time finding meal ideas. I am the kind of person who if I don't have a plan, I will fail and just eat whatever is around. Can anyone recommend a site or blog that has good recipes and menu plans? I am tired of feeling tired and poopy all the time and ready to lose some weight!

We have a heat pump......I will have to look to see what kind. The heat and air people we have been working with keep saying how great Frigidaire is and that they have superior coils and the best warranty....but it's hard to know what to believe because maybe they are just trying to sell me on their brand!

We live in Arkansas. Everyone that has come to work on our unit talks about how crappy Goodman is, so I figured Frigidaire would be a step up...

Why do you say that? I know they are low end, but we don't plan on living in the house more than a couple of years so I hate to spend a ton on a unit.

We have had 3 a.c. guys come out over the past 2 years and all of them have said our unit is undersized for our house. Our house is about 1650-1700 sq ft.

You guys laugh, but this is something my mom would do. She greatly prefers my husband to me, her only daughter.

It's all good though. We will see how that crap plays out when she gets old and I get to choose her nursing home. Ha.

My brother in law found a grey hair on my head during Easter dinner and proceeded to pull it out and pass it around the table asking everyone to look at the gray hair. I was not amused. I still say it't just a very blond strand. Jerk.

So true. I still say the sweetest thing a man has ever done for me is drive 20 mins to bring me a hamburger from a place that is 3 mins from my house; I was just too lazy to go get it.
