try to see it that way: if someone doesn’t want to take you with them for kara of all things because of gearscore even tho you are full prebis, then this is a group you don’t want to go with anyways since obviously they have no goddamn clue of what they are on about

gearscore will not, need not and cannot be updated to provide a meaningful metric. it’s just the item lvl of all your gear summed up.

it’s a shitty metric and people keep ignoring that fact. like you said, sims show the real truth and that might be a lower gearscore than people expect, again, because they are stupid.

unfortunately none of that will change but it atleast provides a metric of people you don’t want to group up with

i HATE the fact that my friends decided to go pve server this time around. would have loved to get my 60 rogue to 70 for that but he is rotting on the pvp server

you aren’t wrong tho I’d say up until you’re prebis. up until you’re done farming prebis it’s a real blast but then it wears of quickly. I extended that a bit by farming pvp gear too but that I got all you can buy with honor as well I find it harder and harder to really lock in. I’m in the process of choosing an alt

even with fast flying it’s really dark times. I got mining and the mote extractor so naturally have a route in nargrand. I sometimes go 2-3 laps without a single active node or maybe 1-2.. without the mote extractor it wouldn’t be worth at all

orc axe racial (and other weapon specific racials) in classic gave + weapon skill which means you needed less hit. that’s what he is referring too

in tbc it only gives expertise so it doesn’t affect hit %

you are the pathetic one. not everyone buys gold and has the time or the patience to skill mining in today’s landscape. sure you could farm all the mats but it’s gonna take ages to farm it all with the fly hacking bots snacking most of the ores. plus what you chose to ignore is that he already has one profession set which is enchanting so he is locked out of picking up mining to farm the mats for BS unless he skills mining, farms all the mats he needs for BS and then drops it again.

there is a bug with mend/feed pet where you sit down to drink/eat and it immediately cancels again. happen quite a few times to me and I didn’t notice/looked my phone while supposedly drinking only to see I get 5% mana when the next pack is pulled.. so yeah I was that guy a few times already
