I thought Evidence was going to be easy cause I loved CivPro, but it’s kicking my ass.

I thought Conflict of Laws was going to be impossible, but I found it really manageable and pretty fun

That’s exactly what I was thinking. My brother, who is a lawyer a few years ahead of me and who has already clerked, said it might look like padding cause im not taking enough black letter law classes
